Legacy Funded provides opportunities for traders to earn funding by demonstrating trading skill through evaluations that require specific objectives to be met.

Privacy and Refund Policy

Once payment for an evaluation plan is successfully processed, you will receive login credentials via email to begin your challenge.
All sales are final once credentials are issued. Due to the instant nature of digital access, no refunds will be granted.

For our 1-Step Challenge, all payouts are based solely on simulated trading performance during the evaluation.
Refunds will not be issued once an evaluation is completed and passed.

Electronic Communications

By visiting legacyfunded.com or contacting us by email, you are engaging in electronic communication.
You consent to receive messages from us electronically.
You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and communications we provide via email or on the site meet legal requirements for written communication.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
Legacy Funded is not liable for unauthorized access caused by theft, misuse, or negligence.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate services

  • Suspend accounts

  • Remove or edit content

Evaluation participants may not change the password to their demo trading account.
Doing so will result in immediate disqualification and failure of the evaluation.

Funded Account Terms

Evaluation accounts operate with 1:100 FOREX leverage, consistent with simulated trading industry standards.
Funded accounts will also use 1:100 leverage for FOREX.
Leverage for other instruments is determined at the sole discretion of Legacy Funded, based on internal risk protocols and client management considerations.
